If something isn’t right, we’re here to make it right.


1. Returns

You can return eligible items within 14 days of receiving your order.

To qualify for a return:

  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.
  • Tags and labels must still be attached.
  • Proof of purchase (order confirmation or receipt) is required.

Non-returnable items

  • Custom-made or personalized products
  • Sale or discounted items
  • Gift cards

2. Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange for a different size or color, please get in touch with us first.

Exchanges are subject to stock availability.

3. Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we’ll notify you by email.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping fees (including returns) are non-refundable, except for damaged or incorrect items.


4. Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your item arrived defective or not as ordered, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include photos of the issue.

We’ll replace or refund the item at no cost to you.


5. International Orders

For international orders, return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility unless the product is faulty.

Customs fees or import duties are non-refundable.
